Switchyard Syndicate Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All Switchyard Syndicate products are hand-poured in small batches to ensure top-notch quality. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak times, sales events, or new product drops, processing may take up to 5 business days — we’ll always keep you posted if there’s a delay.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier. We currently ship to all U.S. states, territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

Typical delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority / Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from our shop to your doorstep.


Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).

  2. Include photos of any damage if applicable.

  3. We’ll work with the carrier to make it right — either a replacement or a refund.


International Shipping

At this time, Switchyard Syndicate ships within the U.S. only. If you’re outside the U.S. and want our gear, let us know — we’re working on expanding worldwide shipping options.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses can be re-shipped, but additional shipping fees will apply.
